Do I have to replace my current tool (Sage, Shopify…) ?
No. ws-manager plugs into your existing stack, it doesn't replace it. You keep your tools — ws-manager adds what they lack today: steering your international purchasing and generating your product sheets with AI. Everything it produces exports to the tool of your choice.
Will my international suppliers really be able to use it ?
Yes — that's actually a key point. The supplier portal is lightweight, accessible from a plain browser or mobile, and built to work from China. Your supplier updates their orders in their own language (中文), while you follow the same information in French. And if they don't log in, AI follows up for them — by email, in Mandarin.
How does the AI track my orders, concretely ?
By adapting to your supplier, on three levels. 1. If they use the portal, they update it themselves: production, shipping, quantities — everything flows into your dashboard, in French. 2. If they don't log in, AI takes over by email: it follows up in Mandarin, reads the replies, extracts the information and updates your orders (you stay in copy). 3. If all that's left is documents — purchase order, proforma, invoice, even scanned —, you forward them to the AI: it reads them and integrates them automatically. In every case, you have nothing to type in.
Will the AI send or publish things without my approval ?
No. The AI prepares, suggests, translates, follows up — but you stay in charge of the decisions. A status update, a supplier follow-up, a product sheet: nothing goes out without your approval. You stay the pilot, the AI does the repetitive work.
Will my suppliers see my other sources, or my competitors ?
Never. Each supplier only sees the orders you assign to them — no access to other suppliers, no access to other wholesalers using ws-manager. The partitioning is guaranteed by the architecture, not just by contract. Your sourcing stays your secret.
How does the AI generate my photos without having the product in hand ?
From the packshot your supplier sends you — or that you upload yourself. Our AI is purpose-built for product photography: it adapts to the type of item (jewelry, accessory, textile…) and draws on a base of professional photos to ensure a clean, credible and sales-ready result. It generates the variations — worn, in context, close-up — without you having to retrieve the product, send it to the photographer, wait for the shoot, then repack it. You review, you export.
How much does it cost ?
We're in pilot phase, with preferential pricing for the first wholesalers onboarded. The logic: a base subscription + AI credits based on your actual usage (sheets, photos, follow-ups) + optional modules. We calibrate it together based on your activity volume — talk it through directly with the founder.
